President Elect: Nicole McKinney
I am serving as the YPB President Elect 2020-2021 and would love for you to join us! My goal for this year is to help more learn about YPB and what a great place Bartlesville is to live. Our YPB Board is amazing and very diverse in our Community. We emphasize just how special our little community is to Live, Work, and Play. This year I would love to introduce YPB to individuals with young families. I work for Truity Credit Union in Business Development. My passion is being involved in our community. In my time away from work and the non-profits I serve I spend my time with family. I enjoy crafting in my free time!
Treasurer: Brady Spratt
I am serving as the Treasurer for YPB in 2020 – 2021. My goal is to maintain a transparent, up-to-date budget and spend all available time helping YPB return to hosting events in a safe and socially responsible manner while maximizing our growth in membership and funds for events! I work at Phillips 66 as a Financial Analyst with a focus in Captive Insurance accounting. I love to cook and eat (obviously) in my spare time. Fortunately, I also enjoy hiking, walking and biking to counteract all the good food!
Secretary: Davis Laker
I serve as the Secretary for YPB. In that role, my goal is to support the rest of the Board in all their activities and to help promote all the events and work that we are doing out in the community. I work at Phillips 66 in their Network Security department. Outside of work you’ll see my frequenting patios at local restaurants, working in my garden, or cooking/smoking large amounts of meat.
LIVE Chair: Anna Short
I serve as the Live chair for the Young Professionals of Bartlesville. My goal is to show that our organization supports & welcomes everyone, no matter their stage in life! I work at Phillips 66 in the Midstream organization. Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my little family. I have two kids who are my whole world. I love spending time outside, painting, & doing everything I can to support the people around me!
WORK Chair: Molly Spahn
I am currently serving as the Work Chair for Young Professionals of Bartlesville, where I am happy to facilitate monthly volunteer opportunities between our members and deserving organizations, plus enhancing our professional skills through workshops. We’re building the committee now, so let me know if this is an area of interest! I fell in love with Bartlesville after I relocated in 2005 and want to help others see why through YPB. I am the Skills Coach for Building Bridges of Oklahoma, where I help families reach self-sufficiency on their journey to whole, happy lives. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, yoga, photography and exploring National Parks with my rescue dog Charlie.
PLAY Chair: Matt Stephan

I work for ConocoPhillips within their Tax Department in Domestic Tax Compliance. Outside of work and YPB, you will probably see me running around downtown or hanging out at a Disney Park.
Public Relations Chair: Kelsey Dean
As the Public Relations chair for YP Bartlesville my role is to spread the word about YPB by sharing the opportunities, events, and the hard work we are doing in the community. I am excited to help be a resource for our awesome community. Many of you might have seen my face at Chick-fil-A Bartlesville, where I am their Director of Development. My free time is spent drinking coffee and reading a good personal development book!
